Rule 21

Amendment to rule 53 of the original regulation:

Sub-rule (1) of rule 53 of the original regulation,-
(1) Clauses (a) and (e) are omitted (2) In Clause (b) the words "the majority-owned organization of foreign government or" shall be deleted and the words "according to the Memorandum of Understanding" in the same clause shall be followed by the words "according to the procurement guidelines of such organizations".
